WOAS collects the Personal information voluntarily submitted through our Website.

By registering on the network WOAS, will collect your name, email address, sex, birth date and ZIP code, country, photo, information about your education, professional experience, interests, scientific publications and research activities, others scientific memberships, resume.
When you save other Personal Information in your profile we will collect all information entered by the user.
When you enter Personal Information throughout the WOAS Network by one of the features of the same network, we collect all the information entered.
When contacting WOAS by e-mail, we will collect the e-mail and all information contained in the email sent.
Once you register with WOAS and login into our services, you are not anonymous to WOAS. If you browse the Website without registering with The Star Tracker, the user remains anonymous. However, we collect the information listed below under Personal Information Collected through Technology.

3 Use of information
Any visitor to the Website of WOAS can view the profile information and Content transferred to y WOAS user. The user can control what parts of your profile information will be visible to visitors of the Website of WOAS and which network members of WOAS you can view this information.

In order to provide the user with some of the features that the WOAS provides to members, we may use Personal Information stored in the user profile after the application of such features.

In order to provide useful information on social networks to people who might be interested in joining WOAS, we may use profile information of the user on the Website of WOAS and sending e-mails, such as Alerts anniversary, members of WOAS or sending newsletters to members of the general community WOAS.

When the user chooses to view the profile of a member, that member could be informed that the user has viewed your profile. If you choose to use certain features of the network WOAS some of the Personal Information you entered on the profile of WOAS and any other information, including Personal Information, introduced the use of these features could be used and presented.

Members of WOAS may use the search feature to search for other members by different criteria. The Personal Information that members of The Star Tracker introduce the profile of WOAS will be used for these searches. Please note that any information publicly posted throughout the network WOAS can be accessed by all visitors to its Website. The WOAS may analyze any collected information for its own internal purposes. In addition, The WOAS may remove personally identifying information from collected information to render it anonymous.
